Every order is tracked on WhatsApp from the lab to your door. Matching takes 1–3 working days; Built to spec adds 1–2. Duties are shown at checkout and paid by us to the carrier, so there is nothing to pay at the door in DDP countries. If a customs office in a non-DDP country asks for payment, send us the receipt and we refund it against your next order.
