Shipping policy

Shipping and duties

Every order ships from our lab in the UAE and is tracked on WhatsApp from the lab to your door. Matched dozens take 1 to 3 working days to match and certify before dispatch; Built to spec adds 1 to 2 working days.

UAE: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Prices include 5% VAT.

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: 2 to 5 working days by express courier. Duty and local VAT are shown and collected at checkout (DDP), so there is nothing to pay at the door.

Egypt: 4 to 7 days. Duties are estimated at checkout.

South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria: 5 to 10 days by express courier. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout (DDP).

Duties collected at checkout are paid by us to the carrier. If a customs office in a non-DDP country asks you for payment, send us the receipt and we refund it against your next order.
