Refund policy

Returns and warranty

Unshot dozens can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if the certificate doesn't match what we promised (tolerance class, weight spread) or the spine differs from your order. Built-to-spec arrows are made to your dimensions and are exchanged only for a lab error. Any shaft that fails in normal use within 90 days of delivery is replaced from your pool with a matched spare. Cracks from impact with another arrow, hard targets or dry-fire are not covered.

Optics, stabilisers, components and training gear: 14-day returns unused in original packaging; 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

To start a return or warranty claim, message us on WhatsApp (+971 55 638 7758) with your order number and photos of the arrow and certificate. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of the return arriving at the lab.
