Who makes the shafts?
They are manufactured to our specification by a carbon shaft producer under contract, then measured shaft by shaft in our UAE lab. We publish the numbers, not the factory name; the certificate is the point.
What does 'matched' mean?
Twelve arrows chosen by deflection, weight and index to sit as close together as possible for your discipline, from a larger measured pool.
Can I buy singles?
Not yet. Matched Spares (6) from your own pool are available for 60 days after your order.
What if my spine is wrong?
Tell us your draw weight, length and point weight at checkout and we check before matching. If we get it wrong, we re-match at no cost.
Do prices include duties?
In DDP countries (GCC, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria) duties and taxes are shown and collected at checkout. In Egypt they're estimated.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer or PayPal. In Egypt you can also pay by InstaPay. For transfers, place your order and we send the payment details to your WhatsApp; made-to-order items go into production once the payment arrives.
How long until my dozen ships?
Matching 1–3 working days; Built to spec adds 1–2. Then delivery per your country.
Is the certificate real data?
Yes. It's the release record we used to build the dozen. The QR code opens it live.
Do you fit youth archers?
Yes: 0 Kelvin dozens matched to draw-length bands the coach gives us; free fitting station at events.
Can my club order together?
Yes: the Club & Coach Programme from five dozen with one certificate per archer.
Which lens or stabiliser fits my bow?
XT Optic comes in 29, 35 and 41–42 mm housings; Sentinel uses the standard 5/16"-24 thread. Send your scope or bow model on WhatsApp and we confirm.
Can I talk to a person?
