Cancellation policy

Xtreme Archery Lab memberships: renewals and cancellation

Xtreme Archery Lab plans (Basic, Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Platinum Unlimited) are memberships that renew automatically. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year, on the date you first subscribed, at the price shown when you subscribed. We charge the payment method you used at checkout on each renewal date.

Cancel anytime. Sign in to your account on xtreme-archery.com, open Subscriptions and cancel. You can also message us on WhatsApp (+971 55 638 7758) or use the chat on this site and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your logged Lab data stays in your account.

Refunds. Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or a charge was made in error. If you were charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund that charge.

Price changes. If a plan price changes, we tell you before your next renewal and the new price applies only from that renewal. You can cancel before it takes effect.

Fair use. AI coach allowances are listed on each plan page. Unused answers do not roll over.

اشتراكات Xtreme Archery Lab: التجديد والإلغاء

باقات Xtreme Archery Lab (Basic وGold وDiamond وPlatinum وPlatinum Unlimited) اشتراكات تتجدد تلقائياً. الباقات الشهرية تتجدد كل شهر والسنوية كل سنة، في تاريخ اشتراكك الأول، وبالسعر المعروض عند اشتراكك. نخصم المبلغ من وسيلة الدفع التي استخدمتها عند الدفع في كل تاريخ تجديد.

الإلغاء في أي وقت. سجّل الدخول إلى حسابك على xtreme-archery.com، وافتح الاشتراكات، ثم ألغِ الاشتراك. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا على واتساب (+971 55 638 7758) أو استخدام المحادثة على الموقع وسنلغيه لك. الإلغاء يوقف التجديدات القادمة، وتبقى باقتك فعّالة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، وتبقى بيانات المختبر المسجلة في حسابك.

الاسترداد. لا تُسترد المبالغ المدفوعة عن فترة بدأت بالفعل، إلا حيث يفرض القانون ذلك أو عند وجود خصم بالخطأ. وإن خُصم منك مبلغ بعد الإلغاء، تواصل معنا ونعيده لك.

تغيير الأسعار. إذا تغيّر سعر باقة نبلغك قبل التجديد التالي، ويُطبق السعر الجديد من ذلك التجديد فقط، ويمكنك الإلغاء قبل سريانه.

الاستخدام العادل. حدود إجابات المدرب الذكي مذكورة في صفحة كل باقة، والإجابات غير المستخدمة لا تُرحّل.
