These terms apply when you browse xtreme-archery.com, buy from us, or use the Xtreme Archery Lab. Xtreme Archery is a brand of MNSA, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping, Refund, Privacy and Cancellation policies.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Made-to-order arrows

Matched dozens and built-to-spec arrows are cut, matched and certified for your order. Please check spine, length, point weight and fletching before you pay. Once matching has started, an order can be changed or cancelled only if we agree. Returns are covered by our Refund policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirham (AED) unless your market shows another currency, and include any taxes we are required to charge. Shipping and any duties are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout using the methods offered there.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

Xtreme Archery Lab and the AI coach

Lab memberships renew automatically until cancelled, as set out in our Purchase options cancellation policy. The AI coach and analysis tools give general training guidance generated by software. They are not medical, physiotherapy or professional coaching advice, they can be wrong, and they do not replace a qualified coach or doctor. AI coach use on every plan, including unlimited plans and the free trial, is subject to reasonable fair use so the service stays fast for everyone; we may pause automated, shared or abusive use. Keep your account details safe: you are responsible for activity on your account.

Safe use

Archery equipment can cause serious injury. Use it only on a safe range, follow your club's and the manufacturer's instructions, inspect your arrows before every session, and never shoot a cracked or damaged arrow. Archers under 18 should buy and shoot with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

Content and intellectual property

The text, images, logos, certificates and software on this site and in the Lab belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to shop with us and to use the Lab for your own training.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Otherwise, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss, or for injury or damage caused by misuse of equipment.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. Otherwise, disputes go to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

شروط الخدمة

تسري هذه الشروط عند تصفحك xtreme-archery.com أو الشراء منا أو استخدام مختبر Xtreme Archery. ‏Xtreme Archery علامة تجارية لشركة MNSA في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. بتقديم طلب أو إنشاء حساب فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسات الشحن والاسترداد والخصوصية والإلغاء.

الطلبات: الطلب عرض للشراء، ونقبله عند إرسال تأكيد الطلب أو عند الشحن. يحق لنا رفض الطلب أو إلغاؤه، مثلاً إذا لم يتوفر المنتج أو ظهر السعر بالخطأ أو اشتبهنا في احتيال، ونعيد لك كامل المبلغ إن كنت قد دفعت.

السهام المصنوعة حسب الطلب: الدزينات المتطابقة والسهام المبنية حسب المواصفات تُقص وتُطابق وتُعتمد لطلبك. راجع السباين والطول ووزن الرأس والريش قبل الدفع. بعد بدء المطابقة لا يمكن تعديل الطلب أو إلغاؤه إلا بموافقتنا. الإرجاع وفق سياسة الاسترداد.

الأسعار والدفع: الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي ما لم يُعرض سوقك بعملة أخرى، وتشمل أي ضرائب يلزمنا تحصيلها. تظهر تكلفة الشحن وأي رسوم جمركية عند الدفع قبل إتمام الطلب، ويتم الدفع بوسائل الدفع المعروضة هناك.

التوصيل: مدد التوصيل تقديرية وموضحة في سياسة الشحن، وتنتقل مسؤولية المنتج إليك عند التسليم.

المختبر والمدرب الذكي: تتجدد اشتراكات المختبر تلقائياً حتى إلغائها وفق سياسة الإلغاء. المدرب الذكي وأدوات التحليل تقدم إرشادات تدريبية عامة يولدها برنامج، وليست نصيحة طبية أو علاجية أو تدريبية متخصصة، وقد تخطئ، ولا تغني عن مدرب مؤهل أو طبيب. يخضع استخدام المدرب الذكي في كل الباقات، بما فيها الباقات غير المحدودة والتجربة المجانية، لمبدأ الاستخدام العادل حتى تبقى الخدمة سريعة للجميع، ويحق لنا إيقاف الاستخدام الآلي أو المشترك أو المسيء. حافظ على بيانات حسابك، فأنت مسؤول عن النشاط في حسابك.

الاستخدام الآمن: معدات الرماية قد تسبب إصابات خطيرة. استخدمها في ميدان آمن فقط، واتبع تعليمات ناديك والشركة المصنعة، وافحص السهام قبل كل حصة، ولا ترمِ أبداً بسهم متشقق أو تالف. يجب أن يشتري الرماة دون 18 عاماً ويرموا بموافقة وإشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي.

الملكية الفكرية: النصوص والصور والشعارات والشهادات والبرمجيات على الموقع وفي المختبر ملك لنا أو للجهات المرخِّصة لنا، ولا تُستخدم إلا للتسوق معنا واستخدام المختبر لتدريبك الشخصي.

المسؤولية: لا يحد أي شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوقك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك في الإمارات. وفيما عدا ذلك، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي طلب على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابله، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو الإصابات والأضرار الناتجة عن سوء استخدام المعدات.

القانون والنزاعات: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. إذا حدثت مشكلة تواصل معنا أولاً وسنعمل على حلها، وإلا تُحال النزاعات إلى المحاكم المختصة في دولة الإمارات.
